PepsiCo becomes an anchor tenant of the ALCON Business Complex in Moscow

PepsiCo, the largest food and drink manufacturer in Russia, has leased over 13,000 sqm in the ALCON Class A business complex located on Leningradsky Avenue in Moscow. JLL exclusively advised on the deal. The ALCON BC developer is Alcon Development.

PepsiCo occupies six floors of the New York building, one of the four ALCON business complex buildings. Further, ALCON BC now accommodates the majority of PepsiCo office employees in Moscow (1,300 people).

Maksim Beletsky, Managing Director, Alcon Management, added: “As of today, 70 percent of the business complex area has been leased, and active negotiations on the rest of the space make us believe that the property will be 100 percent occupied in the nearest future.”

The ALCON business complex is located on the first line of Leningradsky Avenue, a 2-minute walk from the Sokol metro station, with convenient access to the Garden Ring, TTR and Sheremetyevo International Airport. The complex’s GBA is around 100,000 sqm, GLA being 66,400 sqm. The object is fully operative, and the ownership certificate has been obtained.
