New warehouse for Investa within SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków

Investa, a leading stainless steel provider in Poland, has extended its leased space at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków by another 1,500 sqm in a new building. After the expansion, Investa occupies about 16,500 sqm of space within two warehouse buildings.

Investa has been present on the Polish market for 25 years. The company is a part of Amari Metals Group, one of the Europe’s leading stainless steel and aluminum providers with branches in France, Spain, Holland, Ireland, Germany, Great Britain, Central Europe and the Baltic States.

“For many years SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków has been of great interest among the tenants. An advantage of the investment is its favourable location in the centre of Poland, which provides for convenient transport within the country and also abroad. The complex has also been appreciated due to the high standard of space. Importantly, the investment as great development potential. Currently the park offers around 200,000 sqm with the possibility of extension up to 400,000 sqm,” commented Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO Business Unit Director Central Europe.

Among existing tenants of the logistics park are: AB Logic, Azymut, CAT LC, CEI Poland, Complex, Corning, Geodis, Hellmann, Komfort, Ritall, Sonoco, SWM – Poland and Valeo.
