Eurocentrum Office Complex with Restaurant and Veturilo Station

Eurocentrum Office Complex with Restaurant and Veturilo Station

Capital Park has signed a 1,000 sqm lease agreement with the Office Bistro Group that will open a restaurant in Eurocentrum Office Complex. Also, a Veturilo bike rental station, wholly financed by the Capital Park Group, will be installed in front of the building.

The restaurant will be spread over three floors and will occupy almost 1,000 sqm of the building. The new Veturilo station was installed earlier this month.

“We are happy that Eurocentrum users will soon be able to travel to work by bike,” commented Kinga Nowakowska, COO at the Capital Group. “In tune with our strategy, we pay a lot of attention to ecological solutions. We have designed numerous amenities for people using alternative means of transport, including 210 bike parking spaces, cloakrooms, showers for cyclists and electric vehicle charge points. The Veturilo station will be an excellent addition to two already existing DIY bike repair stations.”

Eurocentrum Office Complex is a fifteen-story Class A+ building located in Warsaw. The complex will offer 69,578 sqm of leasable space, including 67,005 sqm of office space. The design also envisages 2,181 sqm of space for a wide service and restaurant offer, 612 parking spaces in an underground garage spread over three floors and 158 aboveground parking spaces, including 112 spaces available for the general public.

Eurocentrum Office Complex has been built in compliance with sustainable building rules confirmed by LEED CS Gold precertification.

ERBUD S.A. is the general contractor for the project and the design is the work of a reputed architecture firm PRC Architekci.
