PKO Bank Polski chooses Skanska’s office buildings

PKO, the largest bank in Poland, will locate its Wroclaw and Łódź offices into modern, green office buildings developed by Skanska.

PKO Bank Polski has leased 1,100 sqm of services space in building A of Dominikański office complex in the centre of Wroclaw (ca. 500 sqm on the building’s ground floor and 600 sqm on the first floor). As a result of this transaction, the first building of the Wrocław office investment is already 30 percent commercialized - 10 months before its planned opening.

The bank has also leased offices in building B of Green Horizon office complex developed by Skanska in Łódź. PKO Bank Polski will occupy over 2,000 sqm of modern office space. The company has recognized Skanska as a reliable and trustworthy business partner.

“Corporate Social Responsibility plays an important role in the Bank’s business strategy. When choosing areas for our new units and offices, we focus not only on location and functionality, but also on the impact on the environment. Furthermore, Skanska offers a comprehensive package of services, that apart from lease includes space arrangement and management at the highest level,” said Monika Pawlaczek, Real Estate Restructuring Office Director at PKO Bank Polski.

Among the well-known brands that have already chosen Skanska’s office buildings in Poland are: Credit Suisse, Bank Zachodni WBK, Pramerica, Deloitte, EY, Franklin Templeton, GDDKiA, Sygnity, Infosys BPO Poland, PwC, Tesco and Wikia.
