PKO Bank Polski prolonged its lease of nearly 750 sqm of office space in the Oxygen office building which was developed by Echo Investment in Szczecin.

Companies which leased offices in Oxygen include: Tieto Poland, brightONE, Enea, Vortex Polska and Medicover.

PKO Bank Polski is the largest bank in Poland and one of the largest financial institutions in the region. The bank’s operations are based on three strong pillars: the retail, corporate and investment segments. In spite of different specificity of each of the segments, they all focus on clients’ needs and providing top quality service.

Oxygen is a modern 9-storey office building located in Szczecin at the junction of Malczewskiego Street and Wyzwolenia Avenue. The facility offers a total leasable area of over 14,000 sqm.
