Sharman Church appointed as a leading agent on Mistral Office Building
Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors, an independent commercial real estate practice, has been appointed by WX Management Services as the leading agent on Mistral Office Building.
Together with WX Management Services which is acting as asset manager for the owners, Sharman Church have been appointed to create and implement a re-positioning, re-marketing and re-leasing strategy. Working closely together with marketing consultants the team is looking to develop a new brand, new image and greater understanding of the benefits of the project.
Mistral A and Mistral B, previously known as Mistral and Passat was developed in 2004 and 2006 by Karimpol. The Property comprises two underground floors, ground floor and eight upper floors. The two buildings combined give a total rental area of ca. 21,850 sqm and can accommodate larger and smaller requirements.
