PRIME Corporate Center sale finalized
The sale transaction of PRIME Corporate Center office tower in Warsaw has been finalized. Golub GetHouse and Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate concluded the sale agreement of the building. The transaction of PRIME Corporate Center has been finalized within just 7 months.
Golub GetHouse has been represented by Clifford Chance law firm as well as Savills and JLL advisory companies. Warburg-HIH Invest has been advised by: Hogan Lovells (legal), TPA Horwath (tax), cmT (technical due diligence), Cushman & Wakefield (agent) and MF Capital (investment advisers).
PRIME Corporate Center – officially opened on 26th April 2016 – is the new headquarters of Raiffeisen Polbank. The tower at 78 Grzybowska Street offers close to 20,900 sqm of lettable space located across 23 floors. The building has been designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz architecture office from Chicago that cooperated with Epstein Warsaw office. The office building is BREEAM “Very Good” certified.
Golub GetHouse remains the property manager of PRIME Corporate Center. The company also continues its activity on Warsaw real estate market where it is developing Mennica Legacy Tower investment. Additionally, a new fund managed by Golub GetHouse is currently in the process of raising capital to invest in commercial properties, halls of residence and flats for rent.
