LPP moves into Waterside in Gdansk

The clothing company LPP SA, owner of brands such as Reserved, Tallinder, Mohito, House, Crops and Sinsay, has decided to move into the Waterside building in Gdansk by leasing an office of more than 1,000 sqm. Knight Frank, sole agent, acted on behalf of the property owner – the Deka Immobilien fund.

“We decided to lease additional office space due to the rapid growth of our e-commerce platform. LPP’s new office address at Długie Ogrody 12 in Gdansk will be the working place for the growing IT, sales and customer service teams, which look over our brands’ e-shops,” said Jacek Kujawa,
Vice-President of LPP’s Board and e-commerce manager.

“The latest transactions concluded together with Knight Frank confirm, that our property in Gdansk is highly popular among tenants and suits their needs. Recently, we informed about Future Electronics who chose Waterside as one of their new office branches. Also Moon Hostel opened its new guest rooms in the property this month. September has also seen LPP join the tenants and lease a significant office area in the building. We are pleased to have such a renowned brand with an established position on the market present in Waterside,” added Łukasz Laskowski, Asset Manager from the Deka Immobilien office in Poland.

Waterside is located in the very centre of Gdansk. The location in the vicinity of the picturesque Old Town, thoroughly modernized interiors and plentiful parking lots are only some its assets. The leasable area of the site exceeds 9,000 sqm.
