Almost 900 sqm for Performante in Hala Koszyki in Warsaw

Almost 900 sqm for Performante in Hala Koszyki in Warsaw

Performante specializes in integrated marketing communications. It has been present on the Polish market since 2014. The agency will move into its new office in Q2 this year.

“The mood of Hala Koszyki perfectly complements the dynamics and innovative atmosphere which define Performante’s organizational culture. The new location opens a next chapter in the growth of our company. We are convinced it will be not only a great workplace, but also a place which inspires us to further create new quality in digital marketing,” said Maria Dulnikiewicz, Managing Director at Performante.

“We are happy to advise Performante on choosing the new office,” added Artur Sutor, Director, Tenant Representation at Knight Frank. “We proposed a modern location to a modern company. Hala Koszyki is more than just a lively service and restaurant area. It is also an office complex of the highest standard, not to mention the great location. It is a prime example of a mixed-use property that fills the niche on the commercial real estate market. The combination of these two functions makes Hala Koszyki a vibrant place which offers many amenities to its tenants who can do their shopping or have lunch in the countless food joints there.”

Hala Koszyki is a unique office-retail complex with a total area of ca. 21,000 sqm. The complex includes a food and retail hall and four office buildings offering ca. 15,000 sqm of space to let. The offices have A+ class amenities. Hala Koszyki is located within the Central Business District in Warsaw, in Koszykowa street near Al. Niepodległości. The location enables easy transport to other parts of the city. The property is owned by Griffin Premium RE from the Griffin Real Estate group – the largest and most diverse investor on the Polish commercial real estate market with more than €4.5 billion assets under management.
