Cushman & Wakefield represents Dedra Exim in its negotiations of an 11,600 sqm lease
Dedra Exim has renegotiated and expanded its warehouse and office space lease in MLP Pruszków I to 11,600 sqm. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by Cushman & Wakefield.
Dedra Exim has operated in the tools sector since 1991, offering handheld power tools and power tool accessories, portable power tools such as generator sets, bench drills, power saws, welding equipment, compressors, pneumatic accessories, occupational health and safety products, mechanical and construction tools, and seasonal ventilation and heating products. It sells products under its own brands Dedra, Pansam, Descon and Hartsson. Its nearly 2,500 product range is available in about a dozen European countries. Dedra Exim has 170 employees. It has leased its warehouse in MLP Pruszków I since 2003, where it also has its head office. Dedra Exim occupies approximately 11,600 sqm, of which nearly 10,300 sqm is warehouse space and the remaining 1,300 sqm is office and welfare space.

MLP Pruszków I is a modern logistics park offering 167,000 sqm of warehouse and production space on a fenced site with 24h security service and access to a railway siding. The logistics complex is located close to the A2 motorway and railway lines (Polish State Railways and Warsaw Commuter Railway) and near bus and coach lines.
