Cresa opens its second office in Poland
Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, has opened its second Polish office in the city of Wrocław. The new office is headed by Michał Grabikowski, who is also the Head of Tenant Representation, Office Department of Cresa Poland in Wrocław.
“As Cresa’s expansion in Poland gathers pace, we’ve decided to open an office in Wrocław, the capital of Lower Silesia. Having set up key operational departments in our head office in Warsaw, we realized we needed to be closer to tenants,” said Piotr Kaszyński, Managing Partner, Cresa Poland.
Cresa’s office is located in Pegaz (B building), a modern office building at 1 Grabarska Street, close to the Market Square. Pegaz has won the first prize in the “Beautiful Wrocław” competition in the category “Public Building”. It was delivered to the market in 2016.
“Wrocław is growing at a rapid pace. Its key strengths according to tenants include a high-skilled labour pool and a business-friendly environment,” said Michał Grabikowski, Head of Tenant Representation, Office Department of Cresa Poland in Wrocław.
Michał Grabikowski is an experienced commercial real estate specialist and a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
Wrocław’s office of Cresa Poland began operations in November 2017.
