Krzysztof Czekalski joins the Industrial and Warehouse Team at Cresa Poland

Krzysztof Czekalski, an expert with nearly 20 years’ experience in the property market, has joined global tenant-only real estate advisory firm Cresa in Poland as Technical Director within the Industrial & Warehouse Department.

Krzysztof will be responsible for advising industrial clients on BTS (build-to-suit) projects, providing full technical support and supervision throughout all stages of project execution and the construction process. He will collaborate closely with the technical teams involved in new industrial projects in order to guarantee the delivery of new facilities in accordance with the agreed technical specification, budget and timing criteria.

“Modern industrial property is becoming increasingly technologically advanced, and tenants looking to build bespoke facilities are now demanding detailed knowledge on all aspects of the project. Key to this process is a technical specialist, who can conduct feasibility studies to reveal the pros and cons of projects being planned, oversee the administrative planning permission process, analyse the proposed scheme’s direct and indirect costs, and finally, select the construction firm/developer best suited to the project. Highlighting and managing the full spectrum of risks associated with proposed real estate solutions as well as the commercial conditions of all options being considered is key in guaranteeing that the client’s expectations are met and that the project will be properly executed,” said Krzysztof Czekalski, Technical Director at the Industrial & Warehouse Department of Cresa Polska.

Krzysztof gained his professional experience in Poland, Ireland and UK. Before joining Cresa he worked at Panattoni Europe as BTS Project Management Director. His key clients include: Pilkington Automotive, Kellogg (Kutno), Ideal Automotive, Thule, Bombardier and Polaris. He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate and Construction Management.
