Daniel Czarnecki to lead landlord representation team at Savills
In 2017 the Office Agency of real estate advisory firm Savills advised on lease transactions totalling more than 90,000 sqm, the best performance in the history of the firm’s operation in Poland. Following its rapid expansion, Savills is consolidating its organisational structure and has promoted Daniel Czarnecki to Head of Landlord Representation in its Office Agency.
Daniel Czarnecki joined Savills in 2015 from advisory firm EY. At Savills, he was initially responsible for supervision over commercialisation of property portfolios owned by investment funds. He advised such clients as Deka Immobilien, GLL Real Estate Partners, Penta Investments and Predom. Daniel completed master and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and a business program at European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin. He is fluent in German and English, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
“Daniel made an outstanding contribution to successful commercialisation of schemes within the remit of our office agency and bringing new clients to our business. He is a top professional with an innovative approach and an ability to establish sincere and enduring business relationships. The past year was exceptionally good for us. We advised on two of the biggest office leases in Warsaw in 2017 and received a number of real estate industry awards, including the Best Office Power Broker Team. We want to carry on growing and I am in no doubt that Daniel has all the capabilities to rise up to this challenge, supported by the strong team he will be leading,” said Tomasz Buras, Managing Director, Savills Poland.
