Bistrita Retail Park officially opens in Romania

Bistrita Retail Park, a new retail development at Calea Moldovei no. 13A Street in Romania, has officially opened its doors to the public. The project represents an investment of €9 million and is 90 percent leased.

“With the occupancy rate of over 90 percent and excellent location in the new commercial area, near the Selgros, Altex and Penny stores, we are confident that we have delivered a successful project,” said Ionut Bordei, CEO of Element Development, the project’s developer.

Bistrita Retail Park consists of 7,850 sqm and houses a diverse tenant mix of furniture, sports, health and beauty and children’s stores, as well as leisure amenities for the whole family.

Its tenants include local and international retailers, such as JYSK, Carrefour, Salad Box, Decathlon, Sportisimo, Dinoland, Lem’s, Top Shop, Zoo Center, Metropolis gaming hall and others.
