No Limit moves cross-docking operations to Panattoni Park Pruszków

Logistics operator No Limit has leased 7,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Pruszków II. The Industrial Agency of real estate advisory firm Savills advised the tenant on the transaction.

No Limit provides a broad range of logistics services related to goods storage, distribution and transport, including comprehensive contract logistics for companies that prefer to focus on their core business activity by outsourcing logistics processes management to a third party. It offers deliveries of products to points of sales in shopping centres and to individual customers, including services of carrying and assembly of large-sized products indoors.

“Due to the constantly growing demand for cross-docking services, No Limit’s board of directors decided that we needed to expand our logistics centre and to increase our warehouse footprint. Until recently we also provided cross-docking in Pruszków, at one of our three warehouses in Przejazdowa Street. Our new location in Parzniewska Street will be fully tailored to cross-docking requirements to further improve our operational capabilities,” said Marlena Sztybór-Tytek, Customer Service Coordinator at No Limit.

The transaction comprises approximately 6,500 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 500 sqm of office and welfare space. No Limit moved to its new facility in early June 2018.

“No Limit has seen rapid growth for many years. Whilst strengthening its position on the logistics market, it had to expand and extend its warehouse facilities. The space available at Panattoni Park Pruszków II ideally meets the tenant’s requirements. With an optimal shallow space layout, the firm can now use a high number of doors, which is key to cross-docking efficiency,” said Kamil Szymański, Associate Director, Industrial Agency, Savills.

Panattoni Park Pruszków II is a logistics park near Warsaw that will comprise three facilities providing a total of nearly 70,000 sqm once fully built out. Its two completed buildings offer approximately 30,750 sq m. The complex is located approximately 800 metres from national road no. 2 and is close to the “Pruszków” interchange of the A2 motorway.
