Krakow’s Equal Business Park continues to grow and attract tenants
Equal Business Park in Krakow continues to attract tenants. Three companies signed new lease agreements, with one existing tenant expanding, making a total of c. 3,500 sqm: Dotpay, Lavido, Noble System and Regus. Knight Frank, the exclusive agent, is responsible for commercializing the property. The investor and general developer is Cavatina Holding.
"Equal Business Park is a unique location on the Krakow office map – well-integrated with the city and its major hubs. Tenants are aware of these factors when searching for an office. In order to meet tenants’ needs, the complex offers further amenities such as cafes, restaurants, a kindergarten and the possibility to do their shopping at the supermarket. The owner has also provided for the active users of the building, offering facilities for cyclists, who have access to a dedicated bike-park and lockers with showers,” said Monika Sułdecka-Karaś, Regional Director and Partner at Knight Frank.
Equal Business Park is a class A, contemporary complex located on Wielicka Street in Krakow. Building C is the third and largest of the three properties forming the complex, with a total lease area of almost 23,000 sq. m. The project is distinguished by its sophisticated design that allows tenants to use spacious terraces and the green patio. Currently under construction is the fourth building in the complex, which will offer 12,000 sq. m. The entire Equal Business Park will provide over 61,000 sqm of office space.
An occupancy permit, for the largest building, building C was obtained in October. Two new tenants recently decided to choose this building. Regus made a decision regarding further expansion and leased an additional 2,300 sqm, Dotpay leased c. 600 sqm, Noble System (over 400 sqm) and Lavido (60 sqm) decided to locate their offices in building B.
