Hines' office buildings appreciated by tenants

Hines, the international real estate company, is pleased to announce the extension of two agreements with tenants of Nestlé House and Ambassador Office Building, the office buildings belonging to the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF). The agreements with IMCD Polska and Yusen Logistics (Polska) cover over 2,300 sqm of office space.

“The extension of further agreements provides proof that we understand our tenants perfectly well and support the development of their business. We are proud that market leaders appreciate the excellent location of the HPSIF properties, the highest-quality office space and flexible lease terms,” commented Marta Wiewiórowska-Kudła, leasing manager, Hines Poland.

The decision to extend the lease agreement and expand its space at Nestlé House was made by IMCD Polska, one of the leading specialty chemical distributors in Poland. The company will occupy over 1,600 square meters of office space at the building. The tenant was represented by CBRE in the negotiation process.

The second agreement concerns office space leased by Yusen Logistics (Polska), a company which provides international freight forwarding, logistics and transport services. Following the extension of the agreement and the extension of the occupied space, the company has an office with a total area of over 700 sqm.

Nestlé House and Ambassador Office Building are Class A office buildings located at Domaniewska street in a rapidly growing part of Mokotów district. The tenants of Nestlé House have at their disposal over 17,000 sqm of office space and over 1,450 sqm of retail space spread across eight floors. Ambassador Office Building offers 15,436 sqm of office space and more than 1,000 sqm of commercial and service premises on the ground floor.

The excellent location of the office buildings guarantees a convenient connection with various parts of the city, with both private and public means of transport.
Other advantages include access to an extensive public transportation network, including the Metro Line 1, as well as the proximity of the Chopin Airport. Office employees can use the dedicated Veturilo station and bicycle path, making daily cycling easy and convenient. The Hines office buildings are located close to one of the largest shopping malls in Poland – Galeria Mokotów.
