Kraków Enterprise Park fully leased
Enterprise Park, the 61,420 sqm Class A office park is now firmly established as a premier office location and regional headquarters for a number of multinational occupiers.

We are also delighted to confirm that we have recently agreed the prolongation of lease agreements on 10,700 sqm of space in the complex of which Cisco, a leader in IT and networking solutions, have extended their occupation of 10,700 sqm until 2024," said Avestus.
Cisco is a global leader in networking technology designed to support the internet. The company develops innovative products and solutions in core technology areas such as routers and switches, and in the areas of security, wireless technology, video solutions, collaborative solutions, data centres, virtualization and cloud computing. Cisco has been key tenant in Enterprise Park since 2013 and now occupies almost 19,000 sqm of space on which they have recently extended their commitment for an additional 6 years.
