- We are happy that Sławek Imianowski, such an experienced manager in the area of apartment rental, joined our team. His knowledge combined with a pro sales approach will surely prove to be a valuable contribution during the implementation of our strategy to win a leading position on the rental market – says Piotr Gromniak, the board member at Resi4Rent.

Sławomir Imianowski joined the Resi4Road board, which includes experienced managers: Barbara Sikora, CFO, responsible for finance and administration, and Piotr Gromniak, COO, accountable for the development of the Resi4Rent platform.

At the moment Resi4Rent has four projects under development, consisting of over 1,200 units. In the coming months, the company will begin new 1,700 apartments that are already in an advanced permitting stage and ready to start to expand the business to hit the target of 5,000 units by 2023. The new projects will be located in Warsaw, Cracow, Gdańsk, and Poznań. Overall, R4R will offer up to 10,000 flats thus becoming Poland’s largest institutional rental platform with medium- and long-term lease in its offer.

The first tenants will be able to move to the Wrocław project on Rychtalska street as early as in the third quarter of 2019.
