IBM International Services Centre becomes a new tenant at Westend Gate

J&T Real Estate’s Westend Gate, which is being fitted-out in Bratislava‘s Patrónka, has agreed terms with a major tenant, IBM International Services Centre. IBM will lease over 17,000 sqm for part of its international shared service centres. IBM employees will move into Westend Gate from November 2014.

“Getting IBM as a tenant for Westend Gate is confirmation that we understand client needs, and that our offices represent quality and a modern working environment. The agreement with IBM is also confirmation that Westend Gate business zone has successfully established itself in the office space market, and will continue to grow,” said Pavel Pelikan, executive director at J&T Real Estate.

J&T began construction of the nine-floor development in February 2013. Offices with a total area of 35,000 sqm will meet strict criteria in accordance with BREEAM certification, which emphasises sustainability in building design. Westend will also be one of the most modern office spaces in the capital city.
