IMMOFINANZ Group chose Knight Frank to manage 13 properties in Poland and Czech Republic

IMMOFINANZ Group has selected Knight Frank to manage six commercial properties in Poland and seven in Czech Republic, with a total area of 205,000 sqm.

This means that Knight Frank further increases the number of buildings it manages for IMMOFINANZ in Czech Republic and Poland and strengthens its position.

The agreement with Knight Frank in Poland includes: Park Postępu (34,000 sqm), Brama Zachodnia (23,700 sqm), Equator (17,900 sqm), Bokserska Distribution Center (19,000 sqm), Bokserska Office Center (6,500 sqm) and Nimbus (19,000 sqm) – which will be completed this year. In total, the portfolio is 120,600 sqm. All of these properties are located in Warsaw

The agreement with Knight Frank in Czech Republic includes: Arbes (5,217 sqm), Vysehrad Garden (4,697 sqm), Pankrac House (19,871 sqm), BBP Offices (34,948 sqm), Masarykova 26 (4,739 sqm), Jungmannova 15 (8,000 sqm) and Jindřišská 16 (7,000 sqm) – which are currently in the process of being rebuilt. In total, the portfolio is 84,472 sqm. These properties are located in Prague and in Brno.
