Atalian strengthens its position in the Turkish market

Atalian has acquired the Turkish company ETKIN Services Co based in Istanbul (national headquarters), Izmir and Adana (regional headquarters). Founded in 1995, this expert in technical maintenance and FM, performs an annual turnover of €13 million and employs 165 employees. Operating in the 81 provinces of the 7 regions of Turkey, ETKIN Services is the only company in Turkey to benefit from such national coverage.

This new operation of external growth carried out on the Turkish market allows Atalian to increase its national presence after the acquisition in early 2013 of the company ARTEM, specialized in the field of cleaning. Matthieu de Baynast, CEO of Atalian International, commented: “We strongly believe in the potential of Turkey. With the acquisition of Etkin Servis, this country becomes the second largest international subsidiary – in terms of size. Turkey will become a pillar for the international network for our growth in both its dynamic economy and in its strategic location between Europe and Asia, where we are starting our development.”

Fevzi Durgun and Mesut Tanitmis, Members of the Board of Directors of ETKIN Services Co, added: “Joining the Atalian Group is a great opportunity for the development of our company. We are proud of combining our local abilities with a global partner which goal is completely matching our vision of the future.”
