Fiskars chooses SEGRO Business Park in Warsaw

Fiskars, a leading global supplier of branded consumer products for the home, garden and the outdoors and SEGRO – a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial properties, have signed a long-term agreement for the lease of 1,450 sqm of warehouse space at SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań. Jartom Nieruchomości facilitated the transaction.

SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań offers modern space suitable for urban distribution and comprises six warehouses and one office building. Perfect location in the immediate vicinity of Trasa Toruńska, being a part of Warsaw’s by-pass, opens up opportunities for flexible distribution within the Warsaw agglomeration. And the proximity of A2 motorway (15 km) provides for a convenient connection to major European capital cities.
