Okam secures new land

Okam Capital Group has purchased a new land plot for residential purposes on Woronicza Street in Warsaw’s post- industrial district of Służewiec. The company plans to develop 20,000 sqm of residential.

“The land based on Woronicza Street meets all the criteria of residential projects, it has excellent infrastructure, great accessibility and all prospects for developing the whole area into several phases,” said Arie Koren CEO of Okam Capital Group.

The construction is planned to start in the first quarter of 2015.

“By the time we have made a firm investment decision of purchasing, our target is to convince future buyers to purchase 1,2,3 bedroom apartments, which provide the highest living standards,” added Koren.
