Wisher Enterprise’s new development breaks ground in cooperation with C&W

Cushman & Wakefield has prepared an architectural design and coordinated the process to obtain a building permit for Wisher Enterprise’s new office development at 43 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. The construction is scheduled to break ground either later this month or in early May 2014 with the expected delivery in late Q2/early Q3 2015.

The developer is Wisher Enterprise, which is also developing the Silver Tower complex combining office, hotel and service functions in Wroclaw.

The general contractor is currently being selected for the new development which was designed by Cushman & Wakefield’s architects.
