CBRE to manage Nowa Kamienica building in Krakow

CBRE has been selected to manage Nowa Kamienica building in Krakow.
Nowa Kamienica is a modern A Class mixed-use building located in the heart of Krakow, in the vicinity of the railway station, the bus station (PKS) and the Main Market Square.

The property offers 3,500 sqm of usable floor area together with a multi-car garage located on underground level, securing 46 parking spaces. The building has 7 floors and one underground floor intended for car park, technical rooms and storage facilities.

The major tenants are: Ocado, Cracovia Rentals, and Chatham. The building, whose owner is Kamarina, was granted use permit in 2005.
