SMEG to be tenant in Iris in Warsaw

CBRE has announced that it advised SMEG, an Italian manufacturer of household appliances, on obtaining office and retail premises in Warsaw and in negotiating the terms of the lease agreement. In April 2014, SMEG took up 230 sqm in the Iris building situated at 9 Cybernetyki Street in Warsaw.

The location of the building offers convenient access both to the city centre and Okecie Airport. Celtic Property Developments S.A owns Iris.
