Panattoni Park Poznań III under construction

Panattoni Europe has started construction works on a new park near Poznan – Panattoni Park Poznań III. The first facility of the complex, featuring more than 12,000 sqm, has already gained its first tenants. They are logistics operators, and each one will take up 5,000 sqm.

Panattoni is currently developing around 350,000 sqm of warehouse space in Poznan’s industrial market. In addition to the existing parks – Panattoni Park Poznań I and II, Panattoni Park Robakowo, BTS Farmacol and the facility for Komputronik SA, the developer has now started works on Panattoni Park Poznań III with total planned space of 68,000 sqm.

Near Poznań, the developer is also building a giant distribution centre for Amazon with 100,543 sqm, and plans to launch Panattoni Park Poznań IV.

“The Poznań market continues to hold promise for development potential. The existing space totals 1.02 million sqm, which accounts for about 14 percent of the total space in Poland, with a vacancy rate of 4.4 percent,” commented Robert Dobrzycki, Managing Partner Panattoni Europe. ”The available space is quite scattered and if a customer should need space in excess of, say, 8,000 sqm, new space has to be built. Therefore, as a developer, we strive to meet prospective expectations.”

Panattoni Park Poznań III is a modern distribution centre with a total space of 68,000 sqm, which will comprise four warehouse buildings at full build-out. The project is located 12 km from Poznań city centre, on the national expressway S11. With such close proximity of the city and well- developed public transport infrastructure, the facility’s location is easily accessible to the qualified labour pool.
