Enterprise Park’s phase two 95 percent leased before opening

Avestus Real Estate has leased a further 5,600 sqm of space in the C building of the Enterprise Park office complex located in Krakow’s Podgórze district. It means that Phase 2 of the project, two months before completion, has been 95 percent leased.

The new tenant is an international IT corporation. Enterprise Park’s other tenants include Cisco Systems, Delphi Poland, C2HM HILL and Grupa Gastromall.

For us it is a confirmation of Avestus Real Estate’s highest competence as a developer of quality office projects in Central and Eastern Europe,” commented Roger Dunlop, Avestus Real Estate’s CEO. “By providing attractive office space, tailored to the specific needs of our tenants, we provide them with the opportunity to offer new jobs, which eventually translates to promoting the economic growth of Krakow and the region.”

The project’s Phase 1 comprising buildings A and B with over 15,000 sqm of Class-A office space was delivered in October 2012. The commissioning of Phase 2, currently under construction, has been planned for a late August, early September, 2014 date.

The four storeys of building C offer a total of 14,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space designed to meet the demands of tenants from the BPO/SSC/IT and R&D sectors. The building will feature, among others, OLIMP restaurant, the network’s second one operating in the complex.

All of the buildings in the complex are BREEAM-certified with a “very good” rating, owing to numerous eco-friendly solutions that have been implemented.
