75 percent of the apartments at Copou Bellevue, sold before completion

Adama, a leading residential real estate developer in Romania, fully owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, has announced accomplished works within the last development phase of Copou Bellevue residential project in Iasi, as well as a 75 percent sales level even before building completion.

Once completed, Copou Bellevue will total 170 premium apartments, located in four different buildings. This last development stage provides for a 5-storey building consisting of 50 units, the investment costs amounting up to €1.7 million, exclusively allotted out of the company’s funds. Building works started in November 2013 and have been recently completed, according to the developer’s initial schedule.

Copou Bellevue is situated in the hilly area of the Copou neighbourhood, only 10 minutes away from the city center, close to the two major universities, Copou and Expozitiei Parks near-by, The Botanical Garden, cultural hubs, museums and excellent leisure options, such as restaurants, clubs, bars and cafes.
