Mori Cinema comes to Murmansk

MORI CINEMA, the largest federal cinema operator, is to open the city’s first multiplex with IMAX in the new Murmansk Mall Shopping and Entertainment centre. A lease agreement was signed in July 2014, with Colliers International acting as exclusive agent.

Murmansk Mall is the largest shopping and entertainment project in Murmansk. The shopping centre, developed by Dorinda Invest, is scheduled to open in Q1 2015. Construction has reached the final phase with interior and facade fit-out works under way. 85 percent of the centre’s retail space has been leased to tenants, which include the largest federal and international retail chains.

Aleksey Krause, General Director, Dorinda Invest, commented: “Murmansk Mall is our flagship project today.
