Strabag to build €180 million ParkLake mall in Bucharest

The ParkLake shopping centre developers, Portuguese company Sonae Sierra and Irish group Caelum, have chosen the Austrian company Strabag to carry out structural work for the mall located in the Titan district of Bucharest, an investment worth €180 million.

The shopping centre, with a leasable area of 70,000 sqm, with over 200 stores and 2,600 underground parking places, is already 70 percent leased. Its opening is scheduled for 2016.
