igus with new office and industrial space in Ideal Idea Park III

igus, a leading manufacturer of engineered plastic components – cable carriers, continuous-flex cables, polymer plain bearings, linear guides, and polymer spherical bearings, has leased 1,800 sqm of space in Ideal Idea Park III. The lease agreement concerning 1,000 sqm of industrial and nearly 800 sqm of office space was signed in Q3 of 2014. igus will officially join Ideal Idea Park’ tenant portfolio in April 2015.

Marek Wzorek, Managing Director, igus, said: “Due to the development of our company we were searching for a modern scheme which combined both office and industrial functions. We wanted the property to be a convenient headquarters for igus, guaranteeing flexible and efficient industrial space and enabling us to conduct business operations, including completion. Thanks to JLL we were able to find a scheme that met all of our requirements.”

Experts from JLL’s Industrial Department negotiated lease terms during the transaction process. Mateusz Iłowiecki, Consultant, Industrial Department, JLL, commented: “In the process of selecting a new address, the company was also looking for a scheme with a location that had access to important communication arteries. Ideal Idea Park, combining high class industrial modules along with suitable office space, was the ideal destination.”

Ideal Idea Park III is the third phase of a business park providing high quality industrial and office space. The project is located near Działkowa Street in the Włochy district of Warsaw and is distinguished by its excellent transport links, proximity to the city centre, Okecie airport and major roads including the southern Warsaw ring road (S2). The scheme is set up in the SBU (small business unit) format and is designed to fit the needs of smaller tenants.
