Apsys Polska gets credit for being manager and developer

Apsys Polska was granted three prestigious awards in the field of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe. The company was awarded for the 3rd time in a row the Property Manager of the Year, and for the 2nd second time in a row the Developer of the Year. Fabrice Bansay, President of Apsys Polska, was honored with individual distinction as the Professional of the Year.

Awards Property Manager of the Year, Developer of the Year and Professional of the Year were awarded to Apsys Polska on 12 February 2014 at the 7th annual gala CEE Retail Awards. They were awarded by a jury of 47 leading commercial real estate industry professionals, representing the entire spectrum of companies – from developers, investors, banks, property managers and through tenants.

“2015 kicked off exceptionally well for us – portfolio of centers managed by Apsys was extended by two new centers and the construction of our new facility in Poznan is developing according to our plans, enjoying a great interest of the tenants. I must admit that I am pleased to observe that thanks to our recognized know-how and outstanding performances, we are approached by many owners of shopping centers to manage their assets. We do feel proud of and honored with all of these prizes as they have the advantage to positioning us among the other companies of our industry. It is on this special occasion that I should like to emphasize the great input, passion and professionalism of the Apsys team and I should like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of my colleagues,” said Fabrice Bansay, CEO of Apsys Polska.

The title of Property Manager of the Year awarded to the company for the 3rd time in a row (the years 2012, 2013 and 2014) confirms that Apsys Polska is one of the most valuable Property Managers of shopping centers in Central Europe. As evidenced by the performance indicators achieved by the company in 2014, which include: an increase in turnover index in annual terms by 5.7%, the rent collectability factor at the level of 99.6% for the entire portfolio of the company, the management of 1320 lease agreements – an increase by 26%. The company is involved in the project entitled “Smart Center”, which is mainly based on implementation of the so-called green solutions in order to conduct a rational policy regarding natural resources and an increase in the cost effectiveness of the centers that are managed by the company (for example – the reduction of energy consumption above 30% in facilities that use LED technology). From 20 properties managed by Apsys, 16 centers acquired BREEAM-In-Use certificates at excellent or very good level which guarantee the greatest care for natural environmental management.

In 2014 Apsys Polska commenced the construction of a shopping center Posnania, the concept of using innovative solutions not only in terms of architecture, but also ecology, as well as offers and customer service based on innovative technologies. Posnania will be the sole regional Shopping & Lifestyle Center in Wielkopolski region and the 3rd largest in Poland. It is also the largest current investment in the retail sector all over Central Europe.
