Further green certificates for buildings managed by Knight Frank

Dom Alfa and Dom Beta, located at 50A and 50B on Domaniewska Street in Warsaw, have been certified in accordance with BREEAM In-Use methodology. The landlord of these properties is Deka Immobilien and Knight Frank is responsible for the management of both buildings.

Both buildings, offering a total of 17,250 sqm of office space, have been certified with a “Very Good” rating for “Asset” and “Excellent” rating in terms of “Building Management”.

Knight Frank manages 14 buildings for Deka Immobilien in Poland, 10 of which are certified by BREEAM In-Use.

Currently Knight Frank manages some 1,200,000 sqm of modern commercial space in Poland. 35 percent of the portfolio has been already certified in accordance with “green” methodology.
