Mitsubishi Corporation, a global integrated business enterprise providing services in environmental and infrastructure business, industrial finance, logistics and development, energy, metals business, machinery (including motor vehicle business division), chemicals and living essentials business, has leased 1,411 sqm in White Gardens business-centre located in the very centre of Moscow.
CBRE’s GCS team represented the tenant in this deal. And CBRE’s Project Management Department is assigned by Mitsubishi Corporation to provide fit-out management services.
White Gardens business-centre totals around 63,300 sqm (Building A 38,120 sqm and Building B 25,180 sqm). It is fully equipped with modern engineering systems. It has new HVAC system, automatic facility management system, sprinkler fire-fighting system. The business-centre has received BREEAM environmental certificate. The property management is provided by Millhouse. The company will occupy the top 16th floor and will move to the new office in January 2016.
