CBRE advised Mitsubishi Corporation in office lease deal in Moscow Russia

Mitsubishi Corporation, a global integrated business enterprise providing services in environmental and infrastructure business, industrial finance, logistics and development, energy, metals business, machinery (including motor vehicle business division), chemicals and living essentials business, has leased 1,411 sqm in White Gardens business-centre located in the very centre of Moscow.

CBRE’s GCS team represented the tenant in this deal. And CBRE’s Project Management Department is assigned by Mitsubishi Corporation to provide fit-out management services.

White Gardens business-centre totals around 63,300 sqm (Building A 38,120 sqm and Building B 25,180 sqm). It is fully equipped with modern engineering systems. It has new HVAC system, automatic facility management system, sprinkler fire-fighting system. The business-centre has received BREEAM environmental certificate. The property management is provided by Millhouse. The company will occupy the top 16th floor and will move to the new office in January 2016.

Natalia Nikitina, Director, Global Corporate Services Department in CBRE Russia comments on the deal: “This deal once again shows the trend that the tenants pay more attention on optimization of their offices and move to more quality office space.”

Pavel Yakimchuk, Head of Fit-out in CBRE said: “We trust in the success of this project, based on the effectiveness and quality of the building as well as the professionalism of the project team which is in charge of organization of the office move to a new comfort space for the employees. It is important stress the rational attitude of our client to the decision-making process in this project.”
