Savills will lease the next phase of Ptak Outlet in Rzgów

Savills has been instructed as an exclusive agent of Ptak Outlet in Rzgów. The Savills team will lease the vacant space, which is in the final construction phase, and will also be responsible for recommercialisation of the entire outlet, consisting of 33,000 sqm in total.

Ptak Outlet in Rzgów is one of the largest outlet facilities in Poland. It will ultimately offer over 140 Polish and international brands and 1,500 parking spaces for clients. The outlet benefits from a central location in Poland, in Rzgów, 10 kilometres from Łódź, and 140 kilometres from Warsaw. The outlet architecture is similar to the industrial architecture of the 19th-century Łódź, creating a pleasant and elegant shopping destination for the most demanding clients. There are currently 80 brands available, including: Baldinini, Bugatti, Ecco, Hexeline, Hogl, Gabor, Lacoste, O’Neill, Pepe Jeans and Tommy Hilfiger.

“Ptak Outlet has been gaining in popularity since its opening at the end of 2012. Every year we record an increase in turnover and footfall,” said Tomasz Szypuła, Board Member of Ptak S.A.

Jarosław Tutaj, Director, Head of Retail Agency at Savills, commented: “Outlets abroad are constructed outside large agglomerations. They are characterised by interesting architecture and a wide selection of premium brands. Ptak Outlet in Rzgów is the only outlet in Poland that responds to this trend. We believe that Ptak Outlet with all the existing facilities and a hotel and a conference centre which is planned has a chance to attract the world leading premium brands.”
