Audioteka in Park Rozwoju

Users of the first building of the Park Rozwoju office complex, which was developed by Echo Investment on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw, were joined by Audioteka which leased an area of 500 sqm.

Audioteka offers mobile applications for a number of mobile devices such as smartphones as well as cars and the so-called wearables. It is already available in 20 countries and 9 languages, including Polish, Czech, German, French, Swedish and Spanish.

Park Rozwoju consists of two buildings and a restaurant which is located in the connector. The total area of the complex is 32,000 sqm. The buildings will have a two-storey underground car park and a ground-level car park offering a total of 740 spaces.

The construction of the project started in autumn 2012. The first building was put into operation in spring 2014. The office building includes seats of companies such as: Schneider Electric (3,200 sqm) and Ericsson (3,600 sqm). The second building, which obtained an occupancy permit in May earlier this year, includes offices of Schneider Electric (3,800 sqm) and Intergraph (1,200 sqm).

Last year the second stage of Park Rozwoju obtained a BREEAM Interim certificate with the Excellent rating and a score of 72.9 percent. The first stage of the project received BREEAM Interim with the Very Good rating. The architectural design of Park Rozwoju has been created in the JEMS Architekci architectural studio.
