Corso Court office building in Prague 8 has reached 100 percent occupancy

Skanska Property Czech Republic has signed a lease agreement with Expedia Services CZ for 42 percent of the Corso Court office building, bringing the project 100 percent occupied. Expedia will move the operations to Corso Court in November 2015.

“We decided for Corso Court because we felt that this project reflects also the culture and the vision and mission of Expedia. The building is having the spirit and values we have also in our company such as being really eco-friendly and with the latest technologies. Our young employees like to have a lot of harmony around them. They want to feel that it is something else apart from an office, they need to feel like that they are at home,” said Olga Quiros, Director of Expedia Services CZ.

Expedia is second large corporate tenant signed in Corso Court. Around 56 percent of the building is already leased to Skanska itself, who will move there all three units operating on Czech market.

Corso Court is a seven-story building and it offers around 17,200 sqm of first class office space in total. It aims to receive Platinum Level of LEED certification. The building was designed by the renowned Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill.
