First lease in Opolska Business Park

ORLEN OIL has leased an area of 1,700 sqm in Opolska Business Park – a modern office complex carried out by Echo Investment in the northern part of Kraków. 

ORLEN OIL, operating as a part of the Capital Group of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A, is responsible for comprehensive manufacturing and distribution of lubricants.

Opolska Business House consists of three twelve-storey buildings as well as a ground-level and underground car park. Its total office area amounts to 57,000 sqm. The project is being carried out in three stages. The completion of the first building with an area of over 18,000 sqm is planned for Q4 2015.

In October, Opolska Business Park obtained a BREEAM Interim certificate with the excellent rating. The three-stage investment obtained a very high score of 74.5 percent.
