Galeria Przymorze under the management of Apsys Poland

Apsys Poland has signed an agreement for the management of Galeria Przymorze – a mall with 34,000 sqm of GLA. The company systematically strengthens its position in the shopping centres industry. It currently manages 22 malls with about 830,000 sqm of GLA in total.

Apsys Poland celebrates its 20th year in business, achieving yet another success in the field of management of shopping centres. On 1 March 2016 a new mall – Galeria Przymorze, located in Gdansk – joined the company’s portfolio. Under the agreement with the owner – ImmoGdańsk, Apsys Poland is responsible for the management of the shopping centre, managing lease agreements and for the leasing.

“I am glad that Galeria Przymorze joined the portfolio of Apsys Poland. The mall fits well into our development strategy, because we are especially interested in shopping centres with high growth potential, relatively new ones and those located in big cities,” said Fabrice Bansay, CEO of Apsys Poland.

Galeria Przymorze, with 34,000 sqm of GLA, was opened in 2009 in Gdansk. In the centre there is a hypermarket E.Leclerc and more than 80 shops, including: C&A, Reserved, Empik and Hebe, as well as a parking lot with 1200 spaces. The modern architecture of the mall is integrated into the surrounding landscape, and spacious and functional interior, finished with wood, glass, marble and steel, provides a relaxed atmosphere during shopping. Galeria Przymorze is visited by about 6 million customers each year.
