Official Królewska opening set for March

Królewska office building located in Warsaw’s city centre at Królewska 18 is very popular among potential office and retail tenants. The official Królewska opening will be in March, but the building is now already almost 50 percent full.

The first tenants will move in in April, including law firm Krassowski, Invesco real estate and a new player on the Polish instant office provider market Oxford Office. S+B Gruppe’s new headquarter’s will be also located on the whole 6th floor of Królewska.

Additionally S+B gruppe, the investor and owner of the building, already know that Królewska will be one of the first Polish buildings which will receive green certified LEED PLATINUM certification. Królewska has 5,500 sqm of office and 500 sqm of retail space.
