Ashland Poland is staying in UBC II

Ashland Poland has decided to stay on in the University Business Center II (UBC II). The agreement extending the lease on approximately 1,020 sqm of office space was signed in April 2016 and resulted in UBC II being almost fully leased. The owner of the building, Savills Investment Management, was represented by Knight Frank, the exclusive agent and property manager for UBC II.

Ashland Poland is part of a renowned global brand, operating on Polish market since 1997. The company provides specialty chemicals for a broad range of industries such as building and construction, general manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

“We are happy that we could represent the owner throughout the whole process. UBC II invariably attracts globally known brands and companies, which confirms the high potential of the spaces it offers. The building also has an excellent location that offers visibility and recognition to the tenants,” said Karol Grejbus, Senior Negotiator in Office Agency at Knight Frank.

University Business Center II is an office building situated in Mokotów, Warsaw. This building offers around 19,000 sqm of office space.
