Green certificates for Savills Investment Management buildings managed by Knight Frank

Eight buildings owned by Savills Investment Management have received BREEAM In-USE certificates with the highest grades: “Excellent” and “Very Good”. The sites are located in Warsaw, Lodz and Gdansk. Consultants from Knight Frank, who is the property manager, carried out the certification process on behalf of the owner of the buildings.

Buildings were graded in two categories: Asset Management and Building Management. The following sites were graded as “Excellent” in both categories: Arkońska Business Park (Gdańsk), Łódź I (Łódź) and Trinity Park III (Warsaw).

Riverside Park (Warsaw) and Marynarska Point I (Warsaw) were graded “Excellent” in Asset Management and “Very Good” in Building Management.

The rest of the Warsaw buildings: Grójecka 5, UBC I and UBC II were graded “Very Good” in both categories.

Thanks to the recently concluded certification, the entire Savills Investment Management real estate portfolio managed by Knight Frank is now in line with the BREEAM In-USE requirements. The total area of the portfolio amounts to 191,200 sqm.
