Sii leases around 2,000 sqm in Equal Business Park

Sii, an IT services provider, has signed a lease for 2,020 sqm of office space in building B of Equal Business Park, owned by Midvest. The tenant will enter the site in June 2017. It will be Sii’s new prestigious headquarters in Krakow. Knight Frank’s experts brokered the lease transaction.

Sii is a fast-growing company, which currently employs more than 2,300 engineers in Poland. The Krakow branch is evolving rapidly. The company began cooperation with new clients from various sectors and has already employed a staff of almost 250 in Krakow. 100 new employees are planned to be recruited in the coming year. The Krakow branch of Sii executes projects in i.e. mobile application development, testing and engineering as well as built-in programming.

“Clients are keen to hand over their projects to us. They trust us and follow Sii’s opinion as a trustworthy partner,” commented Ryszard Pytko, Director of the Cracow branch of Sii.

To fully enable its growth potential and recruit new employees, Sii will receive an interim area of 200 sqm in building A of Equal Business Park right after the holidays.
