AXI IMMO opens new office in Spektrum Tower

AXI IMMO has moved to the Spektrum Tower office building in Warsaw. The new corporate office is located on the 24th floor of the building. The new headquarters has been arranged in line with the latest trends in office space design.

“As a company operating in the real estate sector, we had very clearly defined expectations for our own premises. We wanted a functional space in high-class office building with convenient access for visitors. A key factor in the choice of the new company headquarters was the positioning of Spektrum Tower in the centre of Warsaw,” said Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO.

“The opening of the new office is the next step in the development of our company. Year by year, we are rapidly increasing employment and market share. The new office is designed according to the needs of employees, taking into account the specificities of each department. The functional arrangement was supervised by a team of specialists who also advise our clients on choosing and arranging office space,” added Renata Osiecka.

The office is divided into several zones adapted to the rhythm and nature of the work of various employees. The design also included meeting spaces, spacious conference rooms and offices for people who spend most of their time working in the office. The furniture to the office has delivered Helikon Meble Biurowe S.A.

The AXI IMMO Office Department was responsible for the full implementation of the project, from carrying out a market analysis, selecting the building and negotiating the financial terms of the lease agreement to analysing the working environment and managing the interior design process.
