Ethos, a project by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties in the centre of Warsaw, has recently obtained a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate at the design stage for both office and retail space. Ethos was assessed in 10 categories of a multi-criteria system, including impact on health and well-being, energy and water saving capabilities, management and ecology.
Ethos will be completed in the second quarter of 2017. Savills is an exclusive agent responsible for leasing the office space in the building.
“We are very pleased with the BREEAM certificate obtained by Ethos. We negotiate with tenants who value highly certification, efficiency and comfortable working environment. Ethos is a building situated in a prestigious location which will have exceptional conditions for tenants to offer, and the certificate proves its high quality,” said Dorota Ejsmont, Director, Head of Savills Landlord Representation Team.
“As an investor we have undertaken actions from the beginning, not only to provide comfort inside the building, which has now been formally certified by BREEAM, but also to contribute to enhancing the attractiveness of the area. We actively support the work of the Coalition for Revitalization of the Three Crosses Square. Together with several entities we strive to create a vibrant public space, which will maximise the potential of this truly urban Warsaw square,” said Maciej Zajdel, Board Member of Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.
Ethos is located at Three Crosses Square in the centre of Warsaw. The building is currently undergoing expansion and revitalization. The complex will offer over 17,000 sqm of modern A-class office and retail space in total.
