NEPI obtains building permit for Promenada Novi Sad Shopping Center in Serbia

New Europe Property Investments plc (NEPI), a leading commercial property investor and developer in emerging European markets, has obtained the building permit for the construction of Promenada shopping centre in Novi Sad, Serbia.

As previously announced, Promenada Novi Sad will become the largest shopping mall in Serbia. The complex will represent an investment of about €100 million.

The shopping mall will be built on a land plot of 33,000 sqm located in the heart of Novi Sad, at the junction of Bulevar Oslobođenja Street and Cara Lazara Street. The mall will consist of five levels and will have a total area of 115,000 sqm.

Its construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
