Foundation works start on Promenada Novi Sad Shopping Center

The foundation works for Promenada Novi Sad, the future largest shopping center in Serbia developed by New Europe Property Investments (NEPI), has officially begun.

Local company P.A.B. has been selected as the contractor for the foundation works on the complex, designed by Serbian architect Đorđe Bajilo.

As previously announced, Promenada Novi Sad is scheduled to open its doors to the public in December 2018.

Spreading over a total area of 150,000 sqm, the new shopping center will consist of five levels. Its construction represents an investment of more than EUR 60 million that will generate over 1,500 new jobs.

The complex will be located in the heart of Novi Sad, at the junction of Bulevar Oslobodjenja Street and Cara Lazara Street.
