H&M in Libero

One of the largest clothing companies in the world – H&M – is to open a branch in Galeria Libero. The shop of the Swedish brand in the project developed by Echo Investment in Katowice will have an area of 1,800 sqm.

“H&M is one of the most popular clothing brands in the world offering collections that are in line with the latest fashion trends, good quality and attractive prices,” said Tomasz Domoń, commercialization director in Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department. “So far shops of the brand were available to customers living north of the A4 motorway whereas there were no H&M shops in the southern part of the city or the southern towns of the Silesian conurbation. Thus we are very pleased that such a popular brand and one of the fashion leaders has chosen Libero.”

H&M offers fashion and quality at the best prices in accordance with the concept of sustainable development. Since it was established in 1947, H&M has become one of the largest clothing companies in the world. It is currently present on 66 markets and in app. 4,500 shops as well as online.

The construction of Galeria Libero is on schedule. An advanced commercialization process is conducted regardless of the progressing construction work. Over 70 percent of Libero’s retail area has been leased. Libero is characterized by its excellent location at the junction of Kościuszki Street and Kolejowa Street, which are used by over 15,000 vehicles per hour at peak times. The opening of Libero is planned for the spring of 2018.
